Dishwashing Liquid
A highly efficient machine dishwashing agent for washing of all normal dishes in modern dishwashing machines for professional kitchens. Do not use for washing of aluminium dishes. Highly suitable in problematic dishwashing conditions and for hard water. Removes discolourations from tea, coffee and fruit.
Liquid Dishwashing Agent
For washing of all normal dishes in modern dishwashing machines for professional kitchens with electronic dosing equipment. Do not use this product for washing of aluminium dishes.
Product properties
Titex is a low-foaming, highly efficient, liquid machine dishwashing agent for problematic dishwashing conditions. Titex also removes discolourations from tea, coffee and fruit.
Dosing
· Water hardness from 6° dH to 10° dH: 2-3 g/l of water.
· Water hardness from 11° dH to 15° dH: 3-4 g/l of water
· Do not dose manually.
Temperature
· Pre-rinsing water: 35°C at the maximum. In machines where the pre-rinsing water also contains dishwashing agent, the temperature may be up to 60°C.
· Dishwashing solution ca 60°C.
· Rinsing ca 70°C.
· Final rinsing ca 85°C.
Instructions for use
Connect the canister to the electronic dosing equipment. The automatic system ensures precise dosing (after adjustment by a specialist). A signal from the automatic equipment indicated that the canister needs changing.
Note
Do not use this product for washing of aluminium dishes. Protect from freezing.
