A dust binder for a healthier indoor climate. Cleans hard surfaces – efficiently binds dust and dirt particles.
A dust-binding cleaning emulsion. For microimpregnation of mop strands and cloths, for regular dry or damp cleaning at surface cleaning of floors, stairs and interior surfaces. The mops and cloths should have a high content of cotton fibre. Microimpregnation is based on capillary action.
Product properties
Dusty has an extremely high ability to bind dust and dirt particles, it binds particles with size down to 1 my = 1 micron. Dusty helps to reduce allergenic dust particles in the indoor air – a healthier and cleaner indoor climate is achieved. Dusty is a 100 % water-soluble emulsion that microscopically penetrates all absorbent materials during impregnation/moistening. When impregnating materials of mixed fibres - cotton and synthetic fibres - the capillary action is fully utilized and all surfaces of the strands (tentacles) are treated with Dusty to enable them to bind dust and dirt particles. Leaves no film on the surface – can be used on all surfaces suitable for cleaning. Replaces all mineral oil-based dust binders. Materials impregnated with Dusty are very easy to wash clean after use.
Instructions for use – Dosing in washing machines / impregnation
- 25-50 ml Dusty Impregnating Liquid per 10 litres of final rinsing water.
Dose into the drawer for rinsing agent/fabric softener or connect the canister of Dusty to the automatic dosing equipment of the washing machine. The automatic system ensures precise dosing.
Contact a specialist for setting a specific dosage and centrifuging time. The final centrifuging time for mops and cloths should be ca 240 sec for suitably ”dry” materials.
Instructions for use – Manual methods / preparation
Spray Dusty concentrate (two or three presses on the spray pump) evenly onto a dry or damp mop or cloth. Treated mops should be stored folded in two to ensure an even spreading of Dusty in the strands. Leave Dusty to be absorbed into the mop or cloth for 10-15 minutes before use.
Note
Spray sparingly – too much Dusty leaves an unabsorbed residue and makes the cleaned surface slippery. Do not use on glass surfaces.
Instructions for use – Dosing / Scrubber drier
Using Dusty for cleaning with a scrubber drier is an efficient method of removing microparticles. Dose 50 ml Dusty per 10 litres of water.
